• Sweetwater Floral is happy to accommodate most style and color palette preferences, however our shop flowers change daily and are often seasonally dependent. Our designers will use their discretion when selecting the freshest, most beautiful blooms for your arrangement or bouquet.

• Same-day online orders need to be placed by noon (12:00 PM EST).
• If it is past 12:00PM EST and you are hoping for a same day order, feel free to call the shop to inquire about same day availability. We always try our best to accommodate your requests!   
• If a same-day online order is placed after 12:00 PM, it will be sent the following business day. Please note, we do not deliver on Sundays.
• All online orders are subject to a $25 dollar delivery fee, which covers delivery, re-deliveries when necessary and online processing. Our delivery radius is 30 miles around our shop location in Walloon village including Charlevoix, Boyne City, Boyne Falls, East Jordan, Petoskey, Conway, Oden, and Pellston. Orders placed over the phone with our shop directly can be subject to a lower delivery fee. While not guaranteed, if you are closer in proximity to the shop and able to place an order over the phone, oftentimes the fee can be lower.
